I’m redesigning an app for a big organization to recruit online. The whole process of sending your application became far more complex and truncated than initially expected. I thought adding this short sentence will put some humanity in this forest of accounts-validations-passwords-sessions-blablabla:
“Your are one step closer to work with us ;-)”
But I’ve just got the final revision by the client (red in the image above). Bye bye humanity…
