Emailing is probably the most extended human activity that Internet technology supports. Gmail, Hotmail and Outlook are -all together- probably the most popular interfaces for sending emails. When I send an email the most crucial and vastly required action is “Send it”.
Is it that hard to understand that users will need a big fat button for that action?
Hotmail’s design of the send button link is atonishingly lame, fortunately the same company is responsible for the best solution in Outlook’s interface. ??!!???
