Busco consultor UX/IA

- Diseño de la interacción
- Wirefames y prototipado
- Toma de requisitos con clientes
- Presentaciones

Last week I was discussing with my students about the subject vs. sender priority problem in email apps. In my opinion Subject is nº1 in the hierarchy but many people think Sender is more important and the main argument is that subject can be empty and sender cannot.
Then the question is : How often a user do not use the subject field?
Well… we should check the stats for that (no idea how to do that, maybe asking in Quora ;-) but I’ve just discovered that there is a big hurdle to “forget” the subject (see image).
So I keep guessing that nowadays very few people send an email with a blank subject.
PS: I like this design issue because it shows how controversial things can get around a small detail. ”Usability hides in tiny details” I use to tell my students.

37signals dishwasher unusable

Good designers care about people experiencing their products, bad designers don’t. But there is a third category: evil ones.

These concrete pillows in deceptively authentic cushion-impression provide a surprising seating experience. The bench is intended to be placed in the own garden, the park or in the urban area.

A surprising seating experience is what we all masochists need.
